Princess of Wales Theatre

The Princess of Wales is a double balcony, 2000 seat theatre built for the Canadian premiere of Miss Saigon. Our work covered the complete acoustics and noise control design, including an elaborate computer model - in the early write you own code days of computer modelling.

“The room has a warm generous sound. It’s a miracle.”

Alain Boublil and Claude-Michel Schönberg,
composers of Miss Saigon

“I am very proud of the acoustical quality of the Princess of Wales. We have received many favourable comments from actors, directors, musicians and composers.”

David Mirvish, Producer, Mirvish Productions
