John Diefenbaker Theatre

The City of Prince Albert, Alberta is justifiably proud of The E.A. Rawlinson Centre. At its heart is the John Diefenbaker Theatre, named after Canada's 13th Prime Minister. Prince Albert is very proud of Diefenbaker also. He hails from there.

One of the acoustical challenges was a 150 seat studio theatre located directly below a noisy mechanical room. The mechanical noise is inaudible inside the theatre.

The 600 seat horse-shoe shaped main theatre is a wonderful contribution to the city.
